NOTICE
1. Purpose and Scope
The manuscript template standardises formatting, structure, and presentation for all submissions, facilitating fair and efficient editorial processing and peer review. It reduces the likelihood of delays or editorial rejection.
2. Mandatory Manuscript Template Elements
The manuscript must conform to the prescribed template, structure (sections in the correct order: Title, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, References, Tables, Figures, and any other sections specified), font type & size, spacing. Ensure all headings and subheadings are clearly indicated and conformy with the template’s hierarchy. Avoid deviations such as additional subtitles, numbered lists, or other formatting.
3. Title Page & Authors Contribution
Providing author contribution details enables the editor to ensure transparency, accountability, and ethical integrity in the publication process. Clear attribution of each author’s role helps editors assess whether authorship criteria have been met in accordance with established standards (e.g., ICMJE guidelines), prevents inappropriate authorship practices such as guest or ghost authorship, and supports the fair allocation of academic credit. Author contribution statements also assist editors in addressing authorship disputes, managing conflicts of interest, and maintaining the credibility and trustworthiness of the scholarly record.
4. Reviewer Recommendation
Recommending potential reviewers assists the editorial office in identifying qualified subject-matter experts who possess the appropriate expertise to evaluate the scholarly merit, methodological rigor, and relevance of a submitted manuscript. Author suggestions help to expedite the peer-review process by highlighting researchers who are familiar with the field and capable of providing informed, independent, and constructive assessments. The final selection of reviewers remains entirely at the discretion of the editorial team, ensuring that all reviews are conducted in accordance with established ethical standards and principles of impartiality.
5. Updates and Compliance
The editorial office will update the template and guidelines as needed. Corresponding author should check and use the latest version available at the time of submission.
